We offer a proven implementation model for all our PaaS and SaaS solutions that is customized to each SEA’s needs in order to effectively deploy and sustain state-wide professional development & mentoring programs. The key to our implementation success is leveraging TEG’s experience with deep, consultative understanding of the policy and practice goals unique to your state’s teacher workforce. Example State-Wide Implementation: State purchases license to the Ready LXP platform. The license can include unique and configurable interfaces that serve a variety of audiences: teacher-learners, mentors and coaches, as well as a variety of program and local administrators. Ready LXP comes complete with our award-winning and research-based professional development library, and is also capable of integrating local digital professional development (i.e. videos, webinars, training courses). Ready LXP comes pre-configured to allow a state’s local admins to easily create, modify and publish its own professional development without the need for specialized technical experience. In consultation with TEG and as part of the implementation planning, State purchases program development & strategic consultation hours, which can be used to provide train-the trainer or direct training of mentors & coaches, admins, and even teacher-learners. Any custom configurations, specialized integrations (such as SSO or e-commerce) or other technical architecture needs specific to the State would also be purchased at this time. Example Calendar (subject to SEA needs and priorities): Month 1 Discovery to determine custom configurations, content localization, and develop a program model Month 2 Implement configurations and customizations in the platform, and work with SEA to identify mentors and coaches Month 3 Train SEA team and mentors on the model and platform, market the new program throughout the state, and continue to implement any specialized integrations Month 4 Launch the platform & program for learners, mentors, and administrators, and provide ongoing support to all stakeholders Month 5-11 Support all users, and gather feedback and data to inform the program in Year 2 Month 12 Support all users, and review the implementation and plan for even greater success in Year 2
